What I do differently

Most fitness coaches focus on helping women lose weight. While there is nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight, I believe health was never meant to be the end goal.


Health is what allows you to fully participate in your life. It's what gives you the energy to play with your kids, hike a mountain, travel somewhere new, serve the people you love, pursue your purpose, deepen your relationships and show up as the woman you want to be. That's why my coaching goes beyond workouts and meal plans.


Yes, we'll work on building strength, improving your nutrition and creating healthy habits. But we'll also address the mindset, routines, relationships, beliefs and daily choices that influence your ability to create lasting change- because lasting transformation happens when we care for the whole person, not just the body.
