I help women become stronger in body, deeper in relationships and more fully alive, so they can build a life worth being healthy for. I believe true wellness is so much more than changing your body composition. It truly expands your capacity for life- having the energy for your relationships, the confidence to show up for yourself and the strength to fully participate in the life you’ve been given.
My approach is rooted in sustainable change that supports your whole life, not just your workouts. We focus on strength, health, habits, and mindset in a way that actually fits your life and creates lasting transformation.

I hold NCCA Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have specialized in Women's Fitness. I've since mentored with other trainers, corrective exercise specialists and healthcare practitioners to expand my knowledge beyond the textbooks and get working knowledge in the field. My college years were invested in psychology and human development, lending me a wealth of knowledge and resources to help you make the changes needed to be successful in your journey.
I’m supportive, honest, and direct, aka I will totally lend an ear when you need me, but I won't accept BS excuses. I’ll encourage you, but I’ll also challenge you. I’ll help you see what you’re capable of, and I won’t ignore the patterns that keep you stuck. My clients come to me for guidance, accountability, and a different way of seeing themselves. And I ask the same in return: honesty, openness, and a willingness to grow- Because this isn’t about perfection, it’s about becoming the kind of woman who fully shows up for her life.
I started home workouts eight years ago because I was too shy to go into a gym and had no clue how to use the machines. I got in great shape, but I wasn't quite happy with how I felt and I couldn't understand why the heck my booty wouldn't grow at all. While working with a trainer myself, I learned the weaknesses my work-from-home job had caused over time and how to work on fixing them. I was fascinated by the impact it had on my body and knew that this is what I wanted to share with the world.
I live with my husband (Tyler), two dogs (Ember + Mayhem) and cat (Finnegan) in the "hella" beautiful Bay Area and I will be 40 in 2026! No kiddos, as we're unfortunately part of the 1 in 6, but we make the best of time with our niece and nephew. I enjoy spending time outside- camping, waterfowl hunting or just exploring God's amazing creation. I will never be able to decide if I prefer the mountains or the beach, but I know I belong under the sun and near water. I believe in living a life that feels steady, present, and fully lived, not rushed or performative.
