Who I'm Here For

I work with women 35 + older who are tired of starting over with fitness. You’ve tried programs that were too intense, too rigid, or disconnected from real life. Maybe you’ve dealt with pain, burnout, inconsistent motivation, or the feeling that your body is becoming something you don’t fully trust anymore. You want to feel strong and capable again—but without extremes, guilt, or sacrificing the rest of your life to do it.

How I Help

I help women build strength, structure, and self-trust through a longevity-focused approach that integrates movement, nutrition, mindset, and real-life problem-solving—so that your health can support your life, not compete with it.


My work goes beyond workouts. Together, we build sustainable habits, address movement patterns that contribute to pain or dysfunction, and create realistic strategies around nutrition, time management, and stress. Everything is personalized to your body, your history, and the season of life you’re in.
